USAGE
Apply BHA/PHA Niacinamide Toner to the face and neck area or to specific areas as needed as part of your PM routine. During the day, whenever your skin needs a reset—before or after makeup, on its own or within your routine—close your eyes, shake well and apply Heartleaf Balance Face Mist.
Note: To avoid over-stressing the skin, BHA/PHA Niacinamide Toner should not be used in the same routine with AHA, BHA, PHA, LHA, Vitamin C, or retinol.
