Receiving Your Product
Before signing the delivery receipt, please check if there is any damage or issue with your package. If you notice any damage, missing items, or if the package has been opened for any reason, do not sign any delivery documents. Instead, request a damage report from the courier and return the package. Once you fulfill this requirement, we will promptly send you a replacement. If you accept a package with visible damage or missing contents, we cannot be held responsible for any issues with the product inside. In such cases, please inform us as soon as possible at info@creamco.com.tr, providing your order number.
